Barb Nefer is an Orlando-based freelance writer specializing in travel, pets, and personal finance. She's currently a regular contributor to “Animal Wellness” and “Orlando Attractions” magazines. Barb is the author of the career guide “So You Want to be a Counselor,” published by Frederick Fell Publishers.

She moved into ebooks in 2012 and started her own online publishing company, LifeSkills Press, specializing in travel books about Walt Disney World and the other Central Florida theme parks, personal finance, work at home opportunities, and pets.
